A vital first step in getting your recovery underway. During this appointment, we conduct a thorough assessment, which may include discussing your medical history, evaluating your physical abilities, and identifying any specific issues or injuries. We will set goals with you and discuss the treatment options available, paving the way for effective recovery and improved well-being.
For ongoing treatment of a problem that we have already examined. If you are an existing client, but this in a new issue, then please book in for an initial consultation to allow us enough time for a thorough assessment.
We continue to adjust your treatment depending on the outcomes that you are experiencing, to ensure we achieve a successful result and continue to work towards your recovery goals.
Massage treatments can be booked for either 1 hour or 30 minute sessions. We can work on any specific areas that you choose - for example tension through your neck & shoulders or sore legs after a running event. We often see people for regular ‘maintenance’ sessions every month or so to keep them feeling comfortable.
Attending a Pilates class is an excellent way to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. In a typical session, we engage in a series of controlled movements that focus on core stability, balance, and alignment. Led by a qualified Physiotherapist and level 3 APPI instructor, we are able to adapt to any injuries or limitations that you may have within the sessions. Our classes offer a beginner friendly and welcoming environment to deepen your practice and connect with your body.
We offer both 1:1 sessions and small group exercises classes.
Chair based classes are available for those who have difficulty getting on and off of the floor.
Have friends or family who are interested too? We can organise a group session of up to 4 people just for you.
Are you part of a club or organisation? We can come and teach a class at your premises for groups of up to 10 people.
Home visits are available on request for those living within Teignbridge. These appointments are suitable for those with mobility or transport limitations which prevent them from being able to easily access treatment in clinic. It may be that you are recovering from a fall, stroke, hospital admission or period of ill health.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of an appointment will incur a 50% charge.
The same applies if you do not attend a booked appointment.
